Parent Tip


Use a visual timetable so children can see what comes next, and keep morning steps the same each day. Offer choices within the routine, not about the routine e.g., “Red socks or blue socks?” not “Do you want to get dressed?”

And when mornings go well, say it: “Wow, we got out the door with smiles! Let’s do that again tomorrow.”
